Experience in Level 1 Trauma and cardiac. If candidates do not have level 1 trauma experience, a combination of neuro AND cardio will be considered.
Although OU health requires some Trauma experience, this manager wants to make sure that the candidates have actual experience working in a Trauma 1 ICU unit (not just a facility that is Trauma 1).
