100 mile radius rule
Registered Nurse, LD
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); NRP-AHA(Copy Needed); CERT-FHM(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 2 recent refs, 1 within last year
Trauma level I/II recent hospital experience required
EPIC experience
