Join our team as a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse (RN) at Saint Mary's Hospital in Richmond, VA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment at the facility, known for its comprehensive maternal care services and patient-centered approach.
To qualify for this position, you must have an active RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery or a related field. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred qualifications include experience with neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certification and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification.

REQUIREMENTS
Circulating experience required
Certifications:
BLS & NRP required
Required to work every other weekend and major holidays
On-call 1–2 shifts every 6 weeks
Floating: Likely within Women’s Health
Required:
Current RN license (state or compact)
BLS (prior to direct patient care)
NRP (within 6 months of hire)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Scrub experience preferred
Minimum 2 years of L&D experience (higher acuity strongly preferred)
Fetal monitoring experience needed (certification not required)
ACLS preferred

Inpatient OB Certification

Neonatal Intensive Care Certification (required for NICU transport teams within 2 years)
