Outstanding Facility is looking for the right Case Manager RN to join their team.
600+ bed Level 1 Trauma center and teaching hospital. This facility has earned local, regional, and national honors.
Gorgeous beaches, long summers, and short winters make Savannah a beautiful place to explore year round

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, Case Manager
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
Acute care setting Case Management experience
