Join our team as a Travel RN Case Manager in Grand Blanc, MI. This role offers you the chance to coordinate patient care across the continuum at the facility.

To qualify for this position, you need a current Registered Nurse license and at least one year of recent case management experience. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and strong assessment and evaluation skills are required. Certification as a Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are preferred but not required.

Registered Nurse, Case Manager

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

References: 1 Reference in entire work history

REQUIRED: Minimum 5 years acute inpatient case management experience with experience in acute discharge planning, BSN, BLS certification through AHA
3 Years as a Clinical Nurse is also required
