Registered Nurse, Telemetry
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
NIH Stroke Cert required for ALL units at this facility
2yrs in specialty
