JOB DETAILS

10 beds. Adults, geriatrics, and outpatient (observation). Ratio 1:5. Will float to all 3 campuses to like inpatient departments. EPIC EMR.
Top Diagnoses/Procedures: Chest pain, abdominal pain, CHF, COPD, Dialysis, acute pancreatitis
Common Equip: Monitors/tele boxes, VS machines, IV pumps, glucose meters
Common Meds: Heparin, nitro, cardizem
Must have exp with IV insertion, PICC management, vascular access device management, dialysis/fistula care/management, obtain 12 lead EKG, remote tele, cardioversion/defibrillation, CPAP/BiPAP, Epidural/PCA pumps, and wound VACs.

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, PCU
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Willingness to Float Between Sebring/Lake Placid/Wauchula (For floating outside of site they will be notified 90-120mins prior to shift and all three locations are within 30 mins of each other.)
AHA BLS + AHA ACLS + NIHSS will be needed to start

5 Years of Experience in Specialty
Previous Travel Experience
