REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, PCU Experience: 1 year 6 months RN-NY Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Driver’s License Copy On-File
